This year I secured a club place in this years London marathon and am raising funds for Farleigh Hospice.

Roger was a well respected and long-standing member of the club who would always make time to talk to everyone and actively encourage new members. Personally when I first joined the club I appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to make me feel welcome and I loved hearing about his inspiring camping trips to France.

Sadly Roger passed away earlier this year at the age of 61. He was cared for at Farleigh Hospice who did a fantastic job in making his final months as comfortable as possible.

Roger will be sadly missed by the club but I'm sure he would appreciate us all raising funds for this very worthy cause so please donate what you can.
