I’m running Hackney half on 22nd May to support & inspire members of Coresport/Corearts Hackney, but primarily to raise awareness of male suicide & raise funds to support Talk club Established in 2016 its a group that uses talking & listening as a tool to maintain mental fitness and support men all over the world through 6 words:-

This simple question has helped countless Men across the globe -  share their problems ; highlight they need help ;  get the help they need ultimately save lives by reducing the stigma over men talking & sharing what’s stressing them out
