Story
For the last few years, my family have given time and effort to fundraising for Primrose Hospice, Bromsgrove — my wife Lucy ran the London Marathon, my son Harrison volunteers for them every Saturday afternoon and then it was my turn: UK cycling’s End-to-End event —
I’m aimed to cover 875-miles in 7 days, averaging 125-miles a day. In the end, this was a little much and it took eight days at 112-miles a day, still way beyond anything I’d done before and it was solo, unsupported from start to finish.
I was thrilled to raise more than my £2,000 target for this incredible community service, supporting people in the most difficult possible circumstances. Any final donations still much needed and very welcome.
