We fund long-term, sustainable research to find a cure for brain tumours

Story

I have set up this fundraising page to raise funds in loving memory of my Dad, Michael Britch.  First diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2019, Dad fought hard to beat his very aggressive brain cancer.  Sadly he wasn't able to and he died at home on 5th January 2021.

In place of flowers, we are asking for donations to raise funds for Brain Tumour Research, a charity fighting to increase the knowledge and understanding of brain tumours, find treatments and improve survival rates.  Whilst five-year survival for breast and prostate cancer is over 70%, for brain tumours it is just 12%.  Please help to fund the fight against brain tumours by donating whatever you feel able to.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
