I'm running the London 10k on Sunday with my friend Alex and we are trying to raise money for Cancer relief. Our pal Mick who normaly runs with us has just beaten Cancer and can't run this year so we will try run twice as fast as normal to make up for him not being with us this year.

At 37 years old this could be one of my last runs as age starts to get the better of me, so this could be your last chance to sponsor me as I aim to beat pain barrier and finish in under 1hour 20 mins.
