I previously raised more than  my pledge for Fight for Sight inspired by a Laura Jones’s journey with Stargadts. I was due to run the 2020 marathon which was cancelled due to Covid! I ran virtually and the money was passed to the charity. 

Fight for sight kindly invited me to run the race for real this year, based on my previous pledge. This fundraising page is a top up to my pledge, for anyone who didn’t donate or wish to donate again for such an incredible cause.

One in five people will have a serious sight condition in their life time. Sight loss doesn’t care who you are or where you are from; anyone can be affected.I'm fundraising for Fight for Sight to help fund ground-breaking research into sight loss. The fight against sight loss is on the cusp of many breakthroughs, but we urgently need the funding to get there.
