Story

On October 30th I will be running the Dublin marathon in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation. I've chosen this charity because they have provided incredible support to my dad who suffered a stroke in 2008, and continue to do so. Nicky would only love to be out there doing it with me too, as he has ran the Dublin marathon on numerous occasions previously!

The mission of the Irish Heart Foundation is to play a leading role in improving the cardiovascular health of people living in Ireland so they do not experience disability or die prematurely from heart disease, stroke and other blood vessel diseases. They will do this through health promotion, advocacy, research and pre-hospital coronary care.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated! 🙏
