Story

Following 4 seizures my wife and I are fundraising for Epilepsy Action this Purple Day to help make sure people with epilepsy continue to get the support they need, when they need it most. A diagnosis of epilepsy can be life changing - it has been for us. My wife Lesley will attempt to play the piano from 9am - 6pm (with a short break for lunch) on Saturday 26th March - Epilepsy Action Purple  Day. Family, friends and neighbours are invited to pop in to support us, if you are in the area please join us. I will be joining her on my trumpet to play a few songs together.

A funny thing is that after my last seizure, having never shown an interest or being any good at art, I have taken to drawing, often on the back of an envelope or on a scrap of paper. So for Purple Day I have sketched a purple piano. To find out more about the work Epilepsy Action does, visit epilepsy.org.uk
