As you can see, I'm doing the bike ride again. I've done it five times in the past, the last in 2006, but I was younger, a bit fitter and let's be honest, lighter then. This one will be hard but I will do it!

I would like to fulfill my promise to the BHF to raise £150 for them, but I would also like to raise money for my local Scouts Group, the 1st Ferring Sea Scouts. I'm the groups current chairman and I'm trying to lead by example. The problem is I can't link to our scouts group from here, so if you would like to contribute t this then you will have to contact me directly.
