In memory of Mia Linfield
The London Marathon is a truly iconic event attracting athletes of all abilities from around the globe. Every year, thousands of runners choose to take on this fantastic challenge to raise vital funds for charity.

Story

On September 22nd 2021 Mia Marie Linfield was born and the family were all besotted with her! She sadly passed away on Monday 11th October from Meningitis.

Info below re what Shooting Stars does:

Shooting Star Children's Hospices supports babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families across London and Surrey.Whether lives are measured in days, weeks, months or years, we are here to make every moment count. We support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.

They get very little support from the government and rely heavily on donations and fundraising events such as this. Would help a lot if you can spare a bit of money to help this excellent charity. I know they were extremely supportive to Nick (my brother) and Amy (sister in law) once Mia was diagnosed with this awful disease.

Thanks for your support

James, Nick & Amy Linfield and the Schofield's and Lintons.
