This justgiving page has been set up for my beloved brother Ekbal Hussain Miah and my beloved aunty Hasina Musaji Miah.

Jazakallah for those who have donated in the charities I have set up before. May Allah grant you all reward. Ameen.

I have always dreamt of building a mosque in my brothers name since he was taken by Allah SWT in his young age in 2016 and my aunty passed away in 2019 which was another sad loss in our family and I want to make this for both of them.

For those who knew my brother and my aunty, knew they were both beautiful souls with a heart full of gold. They would never fail to entertain people and would make you laugh. You could never get angry with them because they would just make you smile and they were always happy regardless of what they were going through.

My brother never took life seriously and was always joking about. He was funny and had that beautiful ‘chinky’ smile. He used to be called all sorts of nicknames because of his personality. He was a typical ‘lad’ but he was the golden child at home. May Allah make it easy for my mum, he was her golden child. He used to always help her in the kitchen and around the house. He used to be the perfect brother always looking out for us and making sure we are happy. He died at the young age of 23 but this was written for him. He was also an amazing father and left us a beautiful nephew who looks exactly like him subhanallah.
It was a sudden shock to our family hearing the sad news while we were all waiting for him all night at home wondering where he was as he went out for food for his friends birthday.
We heard the news in the early hours of 2nd June 2016, the knock got us excited thinking my brother was home but instead we received news that he got involved in a car accident and his soul was taken straight away. My brother and two of his friends died in the crash that night. May Allah grant them all the highest rank in jannat. Indeed to Him we belong and to Him we return.

My aunty Hasina had the heart of Gloucester. She was full of laughter, excitement and entertainment. She was always there for people when they had problems. She was the light to our family and kept our family together. I miss her presence in our family. She sadly got diagnosed with mouth cancer and she was struggling, Allah took her soul away not too long after. She left two young sons behind who are a part of her in our family Alhamdulilah.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When the human being dies, his deeds end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.”

A Masjid is at the heart of any local Muslim community. It provides a place for its worshippers to pray and to nurture their moral and spiritual development. By building a Masjid you will not only earn the reward of providing a community with the necessity of a house of Allah, but your Sadaqah Jariyah will continue to flourish benefit and reward for my brother and aunty.

"Who builds a mosque for the sake of Allah. Then He will build for him a house like it in Paradise"
