I am taking part in Tough Mudder this year... I will be, to name a few obstacles: climbing huge heights (stop laughing, you lot!), running a 10k, being shocked by electric wires, falling into muddy water and treading through knee high thick mud!

Why?

The Accord Hospice, that's why. This organisation cares for people and their families during the darkest days of their lives. The Accord Hospice would not exist if it were not for fundraising and donations. I cannot express the humbling gratitude I have for the support and care I have and continue to received from this wonderful charity. It is because of this I will give back to them for the rest of my life.
