Megan Rand, Liam Pullen & Zack Ryan are running the Cardiff Half Marathon on behalf of MHM Plant Ltd to raise money for Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity. 

The money raised from this event will help to make a real difference to the 73,000 vulnerable babies and children in Wales each year that need specialist and often life-saving treatment at the Noah's Ark Children's Hospital for Wales.
