In order to raise money for Cancer Research I've signed up to two challenges the Yorkshire Beast in June and Land End to John O'Groats in September. 

Some of you will know that I ride my bike regularly but completing either of these will be a massive challenges for me. 

1. The Yorkshire Beast is 203miles,17,000ft of climbing, one day! I'm a Norfolk lad so all that climbing scares me  😨
2. LEJOG is 970miles back to back riding over 9 days. There could be some dark moments on the bike.
