Well, its my biggest challenge yet!

A few mad mates and I are competing in the Highland Cross - a 20 run (run / walk) followed by a 30 mile bike from Kintail on the West to Beauly on the East of Scotland thought the lovely Glen Affric (including a mountainous climb of over 1000ft in about a mile and a half - you can see where the walking is going to be).  Hopefully you will think it a good enough challenge to pass a little money their way to ease the pain of it on the 7-8hrs it is going to take us - that and the motivation of Champagne and other alcoholic beverages at the end....
