Story

Ward F5 is a specialised Cardiology ward within MFT and over the last few years the staff have faced many challenges, changes and been taken out of their comfort zone.

Staff wellbeing and support has been the main focus to help our nurses to keep going and deliver a high standard of care we are well known for.

We are super proud of our staff and have entered the Dragon Boat Race to raise money to improve our staffroom into a relaxing, calm environment so that all our staff can unwind and destress during their breaks on shift. This will be highly beneficial on improving the morale and show our appreciation to the staff for all there amazing hard work.
