We are committed to giving back to our local communities and so each Mewburn Ellis office has a fund of money they can choose to use to support a local charity.

Everyone gets the chance to suggest a charity close to their hearts and then following a staff vote a winner is chosen. This year our Manchester office has chosen The Christie.

The firm has made a donation to help fund The Christie Friend's Fund, which provides one off grants to patients that are most in need of financial help when in or leaving hospital.

The total fund available per year is usually £23,000. Mewburn Ellis has so far provided £15,000. As of August 2020 the fund total was £18,000 so a further £5,000 is still needed to fully fund this pot. We hope to fundraise within our office to provide even more funds and reach the £23K target.
