As a team at Method4 we'll be attempting to collectively walk, run and cycle the distance of the 1407 road route from Land's end to John o'Groats in one month. We'll be starting on Tuesday 17th August and finishing on Friday 17th September. 

The pandemic has taken a huge toll on mental health so this year we have chosen Mind Cymru as our challenge charity.
