Story
I'm taking on the Samaritans challenge of yoga everyday in November to help make sure there's someone there for anyone who needs someone. Whether you donate £5 or £500, your donation means a lot to me and could answer the call for help that saves someones life. I've included more information about Samaritans and their lifesaving work below.Thank you--------Every seven seconds, Samaritans answer a call for help. We're here, day or night, for anyone who's struggling to cope, who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure. Samaritans is not only for the moment of crisis, we're taking action to prevent the crisis. We give people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others.Every life lost to suicide is a tragedy, and Samaritans vision is that fewer people die by suicide. That's why we work tirelessly to reach more people and make suicide prevention a priority.
I am going to do 30 minutes of yoga a day. I am no expert but have videos etc I can follow. As someone who is limited in the types of exercise they can do instead I focus on what I CAN do.
Any donation is greatly appreciated,
Meredith
