They are a beautiful charity who aim to improve schools, empower communities and change lives. They believe that good quality education is critically important to overcoming poverty and deprivation, however, many schools are struggling to cope with limited resources, poorly trained teachers, weak school management and the devastating impact of HIV/AIDS. Their vision is of a future where all children and young people in sub-Saharan Africa have access to quality education and their mission is to develop and deliver innovative programmes that promote access to quality education in rural communities, particularly in Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, South Africa and Uganda.
