Catholic United U14s girls are taking part in this years Mental Elf Event to help raise money for South East and Central Essex Mind! As a team they will be completing 54 miles in December, to look after their own Mental Elf and to help others in need. As a local Mind charity, SECE Mind covers about 54 miles across the South East and Central Essex area. SECE Mind is an independent local mental health charity and provides mental health services and training across Southend-on Sea, Castlepoint, Chelmsford, Rochford and South Woodham Ferrers. They are affiliated with National Mind but not funded by them, which is why fundraising is so vital to help keep local services running during this difficult time. Every mile and every pound is helping and raise funds and awareness for mental health in our community. Each donation will help our Merry Milers on their way to achieving the 54 miles.
