Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Like everyone else I have lost close loved ones to cancer, my uncle to pancreatic cancer, my aunt to ovarian cancer and grandfather to bowel cancer. It seems only right to remember them and raise funds for a cause that will help fight these diseases. So please give generously.

On 22nd November i'll be running about 10k through mud, iced water, over and under things... and the lovely Andrea will be joining me to suffer alongside (yes you may notice I have postponed the race for personal reasons, but i'm still 100% doing it!)

I think anyone who knows me will see this is going to be a seriously tough course for me to get through but I intend to enjoy it and see it through to the end!
