Who do you walk for? This year thousands of people will walk for everyone affected by dementia. By taking part in Memory Walk, you can help us raise as much money as possible so that we can support families living with dementia now and in the future.

Story

Chloe has decided she wants to walk once again to help raise money and awareness. Alzheimer's effects us on a personal level as our Poppop/Dad lives with this horrible disease. As a family we have decided to walk together about 30 of us will be walking all over the country.
