Story
This memorial charity rowing event is being held in the celebration of the life of Chris Rogers. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. A special lady who has left a mark on so many lives. We miss you. x
A single rowing sculler will leave Torquay harbour on Sunday 8th July 2007 and row to . This will be verified by the kind staff of Brixham Coast Guard. Then the return leg of the journey will be made back to Torquay. There is no time limit, no record to break, no race, no trophy to be gained from this.
My name is Andy Cawood and I will be doing the rowing. Why am I doing this? – I’m doing it as ordinary people slip from us everyday, and there lives are just as important as those in the light.
Chris Rogers was famous and a star – to her family and friends and all that knew her. Thankyou, for your time to read this and any donation you make.
