I'll be taking part for my 15th year in a row, for the last time - next year I'll hang up my trainers and sponsor someone else for a change!

Cancer Research Wales funds pioneering research here in Wales. Its world-class and its local. So the developments we make in early diagnosis, treatment and cure will benefit cancer patients in Wales, and across the world.
