Raising awareness and funds for Mental Health is a cause close to my heart.

Coventry and Warwickshire Mind were there when a family member was in great need of help.  The support they provided allowed them to process some very difficult emotions, for which I will always be very grateful.

So I will be putting on some dancing shoes to learn the Cha Cha and Quickstep in Coventry Does Strictly, there may even be a sprinkle of glitter ...
