My 10K run is being done in loving memory of my mother-in-law Pamela Payne who is always in our thoughts and greatly missed.

She was an amazing lady who I will forever admire, especially for her sheer will and incredible determination to carry on during her illness. 

The Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre was a fantastic support to Pam providing great comfort & reassurance during her cancer treatment.

During my run on Sunday 28th September I know Pam will be with me in spirit, spurring me on to complete the race.
