Hi!

I must be MAD, but I'm giving it a shot and running the Bupa Great North Run on 15th May.

After a winter of little exercise and excessive eating, this is a pretty big feat, and I am undertaking a strict training schedule to get myself up to speed.

All the money I raise goes to the wonderful charity Scope - so please please please sponsor me to raise my minimum target of £140!
