I'll never run a marathon or shave all my hair off, but I have set a true challenge for myself.  One month absolutely T Total.  From 5th Jan through to 4th Feb 2011.  It seems AGES but I promise to be true to my word and see it through. 

If I ever fall off the wagon I will reset the clock.
