I'm about to do the Aberdovey Bike Ride again this year!! There are always 6 Charities selected each year, different every time for local charities to the area. The Wolverhampton MS Therapy Centre has been chosen as one of the six and it gives me great joy to be doing this ride for this charity. Its a charity held dearly and supported by my family for a long time, from my Grandad's involvement at the Centre from the very beginning of its opening, to my dad running marathon's, and husband and I donating as part of our wedding day favours.
