Story
On September 27th Hollie Richardson was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia more commonly known as ALL, which is basically cancer of the blood. It’s the most common form of childhood cancer but is really really rare in infants. They only see 1 case every 2-3 years in Leeds. When she was admitted to hospital 93% of her bone marrow was cancer cells and after 9 days of intensive chemo it had dropped to 14%, she's such a little fighter and has made her mummy and daddy so proud, she's only 5 months old and has gone through so much. Without the Sick Children’s Trust charity hollies parents would have had to travel back and forth to Leeds from Scarborough but this charity homes families whilst their children are recovering. We are trying to raise money for this charity and also to try raise enough to send hollies family on a holiday to remember.
