This is my second year taking part in RED January!
This is such an important cause. I know the effects of how debilitating mental illness can be, both from myself and seeing it in so many of those around me. I will be getting active each and every day, showing the importance of physical activity on our own mental wellbeing, but also to help raise funds for such an underfunded part of our society.
If you don't feel able to donate, that's okay too. Instead, try and do something for yourself today, head out for a walk, do some yoga or dance around your living room. Trust me, it will help.
