To be 34 years old and know 2 people around the same age that have had Strokes is terrible but on the positive side both my friends Nicole Le Miere and Anthony Lewis have been inspirational in the way that they have been able to cope with their disabilities and the challenges that have been thrown at them. Both have thrown themselves into fundraising for the Stroke Association to help ensure that people like them now and in the future get the support that they need. 125 people a year in Jersey have a Stroke and we need to make sure that these people know that the support is here.

Not only that but they are both Ant and Nicole are kicking my ass when it comes to training for this London to Paris cycle ride!
