We raise funds for surgical research to advance surgical care for all patients

Story

Independent of the NHS, the RCS England safeguards experience, treatment and outcomes of the UK's surgical patients through the ongoing state of the art training of our surgeons and pioneering research.

I’ve been training hard for a year now because running helps me cope at a personal level with the demands of working in a system under huge pressure. Amidst the chaos we must strive to develop the science that underpins great surgical care, find ways to ensure safe and thorough training, maintain high standards for the public. The RCS is at the front of this work and supports & funds the UK’s research and training.

Choosing to support the RCS England can have direct impact on the future of surgery and the patients it saves.
