I'm joining Team Daisy to raise money for Chestnut Tree House who provide outstanding care for local children with life-shortening conditions. 

Daisy was only 13 when she got her angel wings, but Chestnut Tree house provided compassionate care and support to enable Daisy, Nadia, Simon & Ned to spend 100% quality time together before her passing on 30th August 2017.

You'll know I'm not exactly the fittest of individuals, but I've taken on this challenge in the hope we can make a difference to families that use Chestnut Tree House.
