Selina and Melanie Cassie, daughters of Clifford Cassie will be running 10 miles in the Great South Run event in memory of their father who was taken so suddenly. This will be Melanie's first Great South run. As a family we have decided to raise money for Mind to help support those who are suffering with their mental heath.
