I've decided to do the London to Brighton bike ride this year because I am a bit of a lazybum and need something big to work towards while helping out a great charity.

I don't expect much as I know everyone is having tough times at the moment, but i'm hoping you can all find a little something to laugh at me struggling to breath for 54miles.
