As you all know for years I’ve been going through treatments, dialysis, transplant rejection and it has been tough. I have lost my home, job, stable health and everything to the illness in the past year and this charity has been a massive help in pointing me in the right direction to get back on my feet. They’ve allowed me to meet other kidney transplant patients and really connect up and down the country with really amazing people. This charity is very close to my heart and it’s time to give back!
