At the start of the year my Dad asked me ‘did you want to keep me company running the Newport Marathon?’

After thinking and in lockdown number 3 at the time, I thought why not, it’s not every day you get to run a marathon with your old man and it’s a tick off the bucket list.

Along side this I am also running it for the amazing charity, the NSPCC - National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, it’s been a tough for everyone and unfortunately child abuse numbers are higher then ever.  

So hear I am now training 4 times a week come rain or shine for my first ever marathon on the 24th October, if you believe in me please donate to this wonderful charity and I may treat you to a pint once it all over!
