Story
I am taking part in the Alder Hey Coniston Challenge on Saturday 8th July. It is a triathlon with a twist and involves;
10km trek up the Old Man of Coniston
17km bike ride through the Grizedale Forest
3km kayak across Coniston Water

Alder Hey Children's Charity raises vital funds to help make Alder Hey Children's Hospital a truly world-class, patient-friendly hospital for the 330,000 patients and families we care for every year.Without donations, many of the outstanding facilities and innovations to help patients and families simply could not have been provided.
It also ensures that every child and young person experiences Alder Hey magic - those little added extras that make the hospital experience the best it can be for patients and their families. That's the magic of Alder Hey.
