Story

This Saturday I will be participating in Pontypool Park Relay For Life for Cancer Research.

This charity is close to my heart since my Grancha’s diagnosis. Exercise has always been something my Grancha has encouraged and inspired me to do and it is something that has benefitted both our health and well-being. In some of the hardest times, exercise has always been the one thing that has helped.

As you’re all aware, my Grancha is an absolute legend in the running world, running 10ks up until the age of 80 and helping his local running club by encouraging women to get into running. He truly is inspirational!

Like my Grancha, I am fortunate enough to support many women to start their exercise journey through the If You Go I Go 10 week programme and make a postive difference to their lives.

I will be walking the 24 hour relay on Saturday as my Grancha really does mean the world to me.

Every penny raised really does make such a difference as cancer affects so many lives so any way you can support by donating or sharing this page would mean a lot to me, thank you! ❤️
