Step Up For Stomas - The 7K Challenge is here! Walk, run, jog, skip, dance, climb or even hop 7,000 steps each day from September 1st to October 7th to support Colostomy UK.

Story

As most of you know our eldest daughter Francesca has a permanent stoma and this seems a great way to support the charity. It will also get me a little bit fitter for the challenge of walking part of the Italian Camino early October!
