Story
Thank you for visiting my page and please consider donating!
In January 2019, my dad was diagnosed with chondroblastic osteosarcoma, which usually affects teenagers, making his diagnosis very rare. His treatments were incredibly intense and affected all of our family deeply. After radical facial surgery and gruelling chemotherapy, in October he was given the all-clear, the best day of my life. He has thankfully been in remission for almost three years.
I’m supporting Sarcoma UK, a national charity that funds vital research and offers support for anyone affected by sarcoma cancer and campaigns for better treatments. Sarcoma is a type of cancer that is difficult to diagnose and one of the hardest to treat.
Sarcoma UK's research undoubtedly helped save my dad's life. By supporting me, we can help save more people and spare more families the pain that we endured. Your donation will help researchers find answers and raise awareness to improve treatment and standards of care.
I'm taking part in the great north run and aiming to smash my previous time from last year!
It would mean the world to me and my family if you could donate, any amount would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support!
