On the 2nd of September 2018 myself and my friend from university will be participating in the highlands & moray memory walk.

I feel like as student nurses dementia is something we come into contact with regularly and it deserves recognition and awareness so I hope that by participating in this walk we can achieve that as well as raising some funds for Alzheimer’s Scotland. Nobody who experiences dementia should face this alone and Alzheimer’s Scotland does great work in the highlands with regards to supporting individuals experiencing dementia.

If anyone could spare any donations that would be great as this is a great cause that’s close to my heart and i’m Looking forward to doing something to support it!
