Myself, Ash, Jen, Aleah and Lucy are going to attempt to run 10k on 29th September in the Great Yorkshire Run for Ashgate Hospice in memory of my dad, Rod Martin.

Dad passed away peacefully in Ashgate Hospice on the 4th October last year with myself and his partner Sheila by his side. The care and support which my father received whilst staying in Ashgate was greater than he would have received anywhere else. Without this care and support my father would not have been as comfortable in his last few days with us. 

Ashgate Hospice needs to raise £2.8 million per year in order to keep up the excellent service they provide to patients and their families, so please donate generously!!
