Story

In September 2018, Megan Hession and three of her colleagues from Montana Healthcare Ltd are joining the ‘Leaves of Hope’ team travelling to Minsk. They will be working at Novinki Orphanage, home to 90 orphans with severe disabilities. Megan and her colleagues will be giving up their time to support the children, both by involving them in stimulating activities and helping furnish and decorate facilities for the children to live in and be educated. Megan will be involved in a number of fundraising activities to fund essential items for the children such as: food; clothes; bedding; toys etc. We greatly appreciate your support.

It works with children in Belarus, preventing them from being abandoned and improving the environment in orphanages for those who have been abandoned. It also works with disaffected youth in Britain, involving them in the refurbishment projects and giving them a greater understanding of the world in relation to their own environment and needs. The 'Belarus Experience' empowers young people to believe in them selves and have pride in what they have achieved by helping those less fortunate than themselves.
