On October the18th I will be running the Exeter half marathon to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Cancer Research is a charity that has helped thousands of people and is an organisation many of us can connect with. On the 14th July 2015 my best friend and partner in crime Lucy Shiplee was diagnosed with Papillary thyroid cancer. She is currently receiving treatment and although times are hard she is so positive and I admire her courage and bravery during this difficult time. Her positive attitude and appreciation for life has been inspirational to me and she has touched the lives of many others. This is my chance to show my support to my amazing friend and help stop cancer.
