Hula for hoops, 30 December 2020
Start the year your way by completing a personal challenge that suits you, as well making a difference to your local charitable hospice. What will YOU choose to do to kick off 2021?

Story

I'm starting JanYOUary in style, by challenging myself and supporting local adults and children with life-limiting conditions.

This will consist of me hula hooping every day for a period of 60 minutes, totalling 31 hours of hula hooping throughout the month.

Hula Hoop challenges often suggest starting at 5 -10 minutes a day working up to 30 minutes a day, so I’m starting at the top and going higher!

To make this even more interesting, I’m taking donations in return for idea’s – such as you can nominate me to try and do something whilst completing my challenge.

Whether that’s downing a drink, eating something, asking me quick fire questions then an exercise of your choice as my forfeit for every incorrect answer or anything else – within reason of course – I will be happy to take on your challenge!

This is all to raise money for St Oswald’s Hospice to help local families in need this year.

Please donate where you can, every penny really does help.

Thank you 💙
