In loving memory of a wonderful member, friend and a fantastic woman, myself and Jennifer Muir are going to raise some money for the charity of Carols husband choice, Marie curie. 

On the 9th of July me and Jen are going to jump out a plane from 10000ft in a little attempt to help raise some money for this wonderful charity that helped Carol in her fight against cancer. 

Carol fought heroically through her illness and did it with a smile and a huge amount of positivity and courage. She turned up week after week even through all her chemo and treatments and still managed to find the energy and fight to keep training to try and keep her body fit and well throughout her fight. She was an admiration to us all and a great friend who I was lucky enough to work with since the day I started in the gym.
