Story
Hi,
My name is Megan. I have been a fitness instructor at St Michaels Health Club for two and a half years. I really wanted to combine my passion for fitness with helping a local Cornish charity. For me, Little Harbour Hospice for Children was the perfect option to support. They do wonderful work supporting both children with life limiting conditions and their families through exceedingly difficult times. Their aim is to enrich the short lives of their patients and give them as many wonderful experiences to share with their families. They provide a truly wonderful service to those most in need. This is why I feel motivated to do what I can to support them, in the hope that they, in turn, can continue to support families in need of their help. Please have a look at their website; https://www.chsw.org.uk/
On the 3rd of March I will be cycling, in our Spin Studio at St Michaels Health Club, for 12 hours (07:00-19:00), covering a distance of 230 kilometres (142miles). I anticipate that this will push me to my limits. Both Jane Batterbury, a member at St Michaels, and I will be undertaking this event. Members are welcome to come and support us, and ride along with us between the times of 11:00 – 18:00. Please give generously for this worthy cause, any donations, no matter how large or small, will be gratefully received.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, we hope to see you in the spin studio!
